Following a highly successful launch in Japan and North America, the next port of call for the all-new Lancer Evolution is Australia, with the first production vehicles expected here by the end of May.

Tokyo, February 26, 2008 — Mitsubishi Motors Corporation today announced global production, as well as domestic sales and export figures for January 2008. Total global production came in at 115,805 units, an increase of 7.5 percent over January and marking the 11th consecutive monthly increase since March last year.
